Orleans residents given opportunity to weigh in on funding priorities

Town to hold public hearing on FY17 budget priorities on September 16

Orleans residents will be given the opportunity to weigh in on funding priorties for the town at a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16. The public hearing, jointly hosted by the Orleans Board of Selectmen and the Orleans Finance Committee will begin at 7 p.m. in the Nauset Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall at 19 School Road.

The meeting will give residents the opportunity to share their ideas, thoughts and concerns about budget priorities for FY17. 

The meeting is intended to promote public awareness and involvement in the budgeting process as it begins for next year.

All interested parties are welcomed to attend and participate.
