Chatham seasonal flu clinic set for October 15

Clinic is open to all residents 18 and over

The Town of Chatham will hold a seasonal flu clinic on Thursday, October 15 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Chatham Community Center at 702 Main Street. The clinic is open to all Chatham residents 18 and older.

Pre-registration and appointment forms are available at the Chatham Council on Aging at 193 Stony Hill Road. 

Participants are asked to bring a photo ID and insurance card to the clinic. The clinic is free and those without insurance may still be vaccinated.

The clinic is sponsored by the Chatham Board of Health, the Chatham Council on Aging and the Visiting Nurse Association.
