Priscilla Copley Perkins passed away April 2, 2016 at Royal Nursing Center of Falmouth. Born in Salem, MA, September 10, 1934, she was 81. Formerly of Beverly and Salem, MA, she had been a resident of Falmouth for 16 years.
She graduated from Cambridge Academy in Cambridge, MA and attended Leslie College. She went on to graduate from Hickok Secretarial School, Boston, MA. Priscilla went on to a career working as a Church Secretary and a Retail Sales Clerk for many years. She also worked as a health aide at Perkins School for the Blind and Danvers State Hospital.
Priscilla was active in choral singing at her church for many years, reaching out to the disabled and elderly. She was devoted to her family and her church.
She was the daughter of the late Benjamin C. Perkins and Lillian B. Perkins of Beverly, MA, sister of Barbara Perkins (deceased) of Beverly, Benjamin C. Perkins, Jr. (deceased) of Falmouth, Thomas W. Perkins of Falmouth and spouse Linda M. Perkins, nieces Diana C. Mahoney of Waltham, MA, Catherine M. Berlin of Falmouth, MA and 8 grand nephews.
