Yarmouth Board of Health: No Soup for You!
Yarmouth's BOH display gets F and top 5 trending
I find it more than ironic that the board that wants the public to have timely transparency online, does not show their horrific display of an open meeting that was televised, and is paid for by the townspeople. In fact they have not posted a single meeting for over six months. (How about airing your own dirty laundry)? Laundry so dirty it is an unhealthy BOH violation? Don't want to show archived video of your immaturity?
Their grandstanding is more than ironic; it is hypocritical diversion from their lack of effectiveness and outright malfeasance. Their rude behavior is only exceeded by their inept, overreaching execution of their job.
They have caused irreparable harm to good people who have established impeccable reputations, many who have jumped through unreasonable regulatory hoops. Power hungry bureaucrats have forced road hungry guest to undeservedly question fine establishments. These family run and fine dining establishments, have nurtured reputations all of which have past BOH standards with flying colors with flying colors.
So, instead of the public thinking Yarmouth has the highest of standards, it (The BOH) has created undue negative messages that have gone viral without a single violation. The Yarmouth BOH has arrogantly gotten into the advertising business and their failed campaign has hurt all of Yarmouth's businesses, by its ignorance and ineptitude!
Try being open and transparent with what you serve at your meetings. That load of crap has sickened many by serving up a buffet of insults and a cold dish of arrogance.
These tactics and muscle flexing examples of power hungry know it alls should be decried by those of us who know we have the best places anywhere! The only license to operate that should be pulled is the BOH! It is unhealthy for our town.
No soup for you!
