Wellfleet Cultural Council - Call for Grant Proposals

2016 saw 25 grants with a total value of $7,800

Applications for 2018 Cultural Council grants are now being accepted. The application deadline is Monday, October 16th, 2017.  

Proposals for programs in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences are all welcome provided they benefit the Wellfleet community. These grants can support a wide range of local projects and activities such as:

  • Exhibitions
  • Live performances
  • Publications
  • Workshops
  • Classes
  • Special events
  • ...and more!

Last year, Wellfleet Cultural Council made 25 grants totaling $7,800.

We accept proposals either in paper or online formats. The option to apply online is new this year.

We are here to help! Come to our live 'Help Desk' session on Saturday, September 23rd from 10 to 12 noon at the Wellfleet Council on Aging. Alternately, you can reach us anytime via email if you have questions or get stuck.
 

The application deadline is firm.
All proposals must either be completed online, postmarked, or stamped received at the Wellfleet Town Hall Clerk's Office by the October 16th deadline. Late applications are disqualified. 

The Wellfleet Cultural Council is funded by Massachusetts Cultural Council and by the Town of Wellfleet.
