Kids get to share a book with a companion animal dog at the Whelden Library

Whelden Memorial Library is welcoming back the Companion Animal Program Dogs on Tuesday, August 21 at 11:30 a.m.

These highly trained dogs are a joy to children and adults who take this unique opportunity to visit with them in the Children's Room at Whelden.

We enjoy a dog-themed Storytime led by Miss Lizzy, followed by time to visit and read to the dogs in turn.

Registration is appreciated, but drop-ins are welcome. Call 508-362-2262 to register. Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
