Peter Pan Announces Changes for Ticket Sales to Steamship Authority Passengers

Effective August 16, 2018....

From Peter Pan bus lines...

There is smooth sailing ahead for travelers who take a Peter Pan bus to or from Steamship Authority in Woods Hole. Peter Pan Bus Lines will make changes to the way tickets are sold so that everyone who has a ticket gets a seat without exception.

To better serve passengers traveling to or from the Steamship Authority, effective August 16, 2018, all Peter Pan Bus tickets must be purchased prior to departure at the Steamship Authority ticket counters in Woods Hole, Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven; at a Peter Pan ticket counter; online at www.peterpanbus.com; or on the Peter Pan Bus Mobile App.

This change will allow Peter Pan to provide a better traveling experience with Guaranteed Seating, Express Service, and Mobile Boarding. It will also ensure a more precise count of passengers based on the number of tickets sold, faster boarding times, better security with information about who is traveling and if they are present, and accuracy for passengers who want to plan their plane-to-bus-toferry trip.

Tickets will be valid for the date and time purchased only. The Steamship Authority cannot refund or change Peter Pan tickets. Travelers in need of further assistance can contact Peter Pan Customer Care at 1-800-343-9999.

Peter Pan is proud to offer Free Wifi on every bus and a Lowest Price Guarantee, which means if riders find the bus fare to the same destination for less, Peter Pan will credit them for the difference. More details can be found online.
