Job #1 – Administrative Assistant – Lower Cape Full Time: Will answer telephone calls, handle inquiries and transfer to appropriate party; file, draft and process correspondence; communicate with clients by telephone and email; create and maintain electronic and physical records and files, accurately updating information in company databases. Order office and other supplies. Previous office experience is helpful but will train the right person. Accurate keyboard and calculator skills desired. Must be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Salary is $30,000 to $34,000 annually with benefits.

Job #2 – Director of Operations – Mid Cape Full Time: Will ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the clinical and operations departments with daily responsibility for scheduling of staff. Collect cash receipts and reconcile daily revenue. Make sure all office and medical supplies are maintained at acceptable levels. Must have a minimum of High School Diploma/GED, three years of operations experience in health or human services, and experience, academic training or demonstrated understanding of concepts of operations. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, ambulatory experience preferred. Master’s in Management, Public Health or other related field can substitute for 2 years of experience.

Job #2 - Assistant Marine Service Manager - Upper Cape Full Time: Responsible for leading service operations and service employees. Meets and greets customers in person or on phone. Arranges prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problem. Ability to manage multiple items and projects efficiently. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of marine industry essential. Ability to type 45 words per minute. Must have High school diploma/GED though advanced education desired. Salary range $35,000 to $50,000 annually including potential commissions and is commensurate with experience and provides extensive benefits.

Job #3 - Committee Secretary/Water System Clerk - Outer Cape Full Time: Responsible for clerical and administrative support services to assist multiple Boards and committees. Will prepare for and document meetings and hearings per established protocols. Will also serve as liaison to the general public on any matters pertaining to the Municipal Water System. Must have an entry level knowledge of crafts or trades, high school degree or equivalent, and one to three (1-3) year related work experience.
