Following today's Barnstable Superior Court ruling and order to close The Adventure Park at Heritage Museums & Gardens, Heritage's Interim Executive Director Heather Mead issued the following statement:

"We are very disappointed by the judge’s ruling on The Adventure Park at Heritage Museums & Gardens. We believe we followed the appropriate procedures but will of course be abiding by the decision and closing The Adventure Park immediately.  We are truly grateful to the Cape Cod community for all the support they have given us in the past four years.  We will be contacting those who have reservations and pursuing further options in the coming days."
