Marconi Beach Closed After Tides Wash Out Sand Under Stairs

National Seashore will issue update following assessment...

From the Cape Cod National Seashore:

The access stairs at Marconi Beach in Wellfleet are undercut by the recent extreme high tide, and the lower level is not stable.

The access road to Marconi Beach has been closed.

We are currently in the process of assessing the condition of the stairs.
