Truro selectmen announce winter office hours

Catch up with selectmen at different times and locations throughout town

The Truro Board of Selectmen has announced their winter office hours. Over the next three months, selectmen will make themselves available to residents at different time and locations throughout town. 

Last year, selectmen scheduled office hours all over Truro, from town hall to the transfer station, from the community center to the farmers market. This year the selectmen will follow a similar schedule, taking turns to meet with residents:

  • Wednesday, January 7 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Jan Worthington and Maureen Burgess will be at the Truro Public Library
  • Tuesday, January 20 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Jan Worthington and Maureen Burgess will be at the Truro Community Center
  • Tuesday, February 3 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., Jay Coburn will be at Truro Town Hall
  • Wednesday, February 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Paul Wisotzky will be at the Truro Public Library
  • Wednesday, March 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., Bob Weinstein will be at the Truro Community Center

The Truro Board of Selectmen is an elected five-member board. Jay Coburn (chair) and Jan Worthington (clerk) are in office until 2015, Robert Weinstein and Paul Wisotsky (vice-chair) are in office until 2016 and Maureen Burgess is in office until 2017.
