Yarmouth seeks input on open space

Town solicits feedback on open space and recreational areas in town

The Town of Yarmouth is soliciting feedback on the Open Space Recreation Plan. Interested residents are encouraged to fill out a 15-question survey on the town's website.

In addition to feedback on open space and the acquisition and protection of conservation and recreation land in Yarmouth, the town in interested in what residents have to say about other aspects of living in Yarmouth.

The town wants to know if you and your family frequent recreational areas, trails, beaches and playgrounds and if you participate in recreational programs for adults, children and seniors offered by the town. The town would also like to know what additions you would like to see to Yarmouth recreation, be it Bocce ball, a climbing wall or disc golf. Survey responses will be an important part of the new Open Space Recreation Plan.
