Rep. Patrick to hold two Energy workshops

Upper Cape Cod State Representative Matthew C. Patrick  who serves on the Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy Committee will hold workshops on the future of energy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Subjects open to discussion are:

  • the future cost of home heating, electricity and gasoline
  • hybrid cars; legislative initiatives in the field of energy
  • oil co-ops and fuel assistance.

Matt Patrick formerly worked in the field of energy, first as an apprentice plumber, solar system designer and installer and finally as the executive director of the Cape and Islands Self-Reliance. He has twenty years of experience in the field. This is his fifth year on the Energy Committee where he is looked to for his basic knowledge of renewable energy and energy efficiency.
