Edward A. Shahzade

Edward Aram Shahzade 51, of Falmouth died peacefully on October 3, 2015 after a brief illness. Ed was born June 24th, 1964 in Arlington, MA., to Herbert S. Shahzade and Ann M. Shahzade. Ed is survived by three beloved sons, Christian Edward Shahzade, 23, Matthew Aram Shahzade, 21, and John Aram Shahzade, 18. He also leaves his sister Joyce O'Connor of Falmouth, MA., brothers John Shahzade and his wife Catherine, of Delray Beach, FL., David Shahzade and his wife Edina, of Falmouth, MA., as well as his  nieces: Lauren O'Connor, Brooke O'Connor, Katelin Shahzade, Lindsay Shahzade, Heather Shahzade, and Holly Shahzade. In his youth Ed loved playing baseball and hockey, exploring the sounds of his electric guitar, and spending time with his family. In his early adulthood, Ed moved to Falmouth, and with his brothers, launched a series of entrepreneurial and consulting endeavors. His sharp intellect, limitless ambition, and magnetic warmth allowed him to enjoy many shared successes with his family. Although in possession of much business acumen, Ed's greatest talent was evident in his role as a father. His favorite times were spent teaching his three sons to throw a fastball, catch a fish, and appreciate good music. Through his mentorship he taught them how to be responsible, disciplined, persevering, and most importantly, loving young men. Despite his difficult medical circumstances, Ed savored every opportunity to teach and support his sons and provide them with a loving embrace. Always with a joke on hand, Ed both lightened and enlightened every room he was in. his love and mentorship will live on forever. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday October 7th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm in the Chapman Cole & Gleason Funeral Home West Falmouth 584 West Falmouth Hwy, Route 28A West Falmouth. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday October 8th  at a time to be announced at the Holy Trinity Armenian Church, 145 Brattle Street. Cambridge, MA 02138.
