WAREHAM – Jonathan E. Stafford, 22, of Wareham, died January 20, 2016 in Tobey Hospital. He was the son of Robin M. (Mullen) Stafford and the late Edward F. Stafford, Jr.
He was born in Stoneham and lived in Wareham for most of his life. He attended Bishop Stang High School.
Jonathan worked as a laborer in the construction field.
He enjoyed cooking, barbecuing and using his smoker. He loved his dogs, Blue, Penny, Poop and Bentley.
Survivors include his mother, Robin M. (Mullen) Stafford of Wareham; his sister, Alexandria Stafford and her boyfriend, Andrew Oliva of Mansfield; his grandparents, John and Patricia Mullen of Wareham; 5 aunts, Nichola Mullen, Esta Fisher, Marie Rago, Cheryl Ladd, Jeannie Stafford all of Wareham; 2 uncles, Ronald and Mark Stafford of Wareham; several cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Edward and Jean Stafford.
His funeral will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2015 from the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., Wareham, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, 82 High St., Wareham. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Church, 82 High St., Wareham.
Visiting hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
