FALMOUTH - Falmouth firefighters battled two overnight blazes, both suspected to be arson. The Fabric Corner at 12 Spring Bars Road was destroyed by a 2-alarm fire around 1:20 a.m. Monday morning. 

A second fire at the Dollar Tree at 7 Davis Straits is also being investigated.

Falmouth firefighters were assisted by crews from surrounding towns, according to emergency broadcast reports. There were no reported injuries.

Both fires are being investigated by the Falmouth Police and Fire Departments and the state's Fire Marshall Office.
