22-year-old Mashpee man injured in crash

EAST FALMOUTH - A 22-year-old Mashpee man was injured in a car vs. shed crash on Old Barnstable Road Monday night. According to a Falmouth police release, the crash occurred near the intersection of Hayway Road and Old Barnstable Road around 8:27 p.m.

The preliminary investigation indicates that the driver, Kyle Stuczynski, "failed to negotiate the intersection properly" and rolled his 1996 Chrysler sedan over before crashing into a shed near the roadway.

Stuczynski, the only person in the car, was transported to Falmouth Hospital with minor injuries, police said.

The crash is under investigation. Police did not indicate if there will be any charges.
