People for Cats - Tom

This fellow needs a loving family to help him gain confidence...
Tom is not very confident and needs your love to help him feel safe. (PFC photo)

Tom is a handsome gray tabby domestic short hair male. This 4-year old sports a pale gray tabby coat accented with white on his underside, paws and face. He is a sweet and friendly fellow who is also a bit shy, but absolutely adores the attention when you pet him. Tom was found as a long-term stray street-cat who's owner was never located. He was brought to PFC in hopes of finding him a loving "fur-ever" home. Tom readily passed his vet visit, has been neutered, is UTD on his shots and has been micro-chipped. Now all he needs is to find his new family, so he can become a very loving kitty companion. We suspect he would do best as an only pet, since he is not very confident and other cats pick on him. Why not come in to meet this sweet boy and see if you’d like to offer him a purr-fect ending to his saga?

If you would like to visit with Tom or one of our other equally deserving cats, come in to the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hotline: 508-540-5654, press #0 if you have cat related issues, questions or for further information about People For Cats, or press #2 if you need financial assistance for veterinary care for your cat.
