Job #1 – Program Quality Coordinator – Mid Cape

Full Time:  Coordinate administration and implementation of noncredit programming and employer-contract training projects/programs. Oversee relationships with students, corporate training clients, instructors, and community partners. Oversee enrollment, attendance, and budgetary record keeping and other related data. Assist in analyzing, developing and compiling monthly and quarterly program reports to the Director of Workforce Development and Training. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Three years of related experience in project management and/or program quality compliance and management experience supervising staff/teams. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications e.g., database design and maintenance, spreadsheet applications, and graphics. Must be an advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook. Job #2 – Reception/Administrative Assistant – Upper Cape

Full Time: Answer all incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate departments or staff.  Welcome all visitors, assist with sign in process and announce visitor to appropriate staff member. Receive and sort all mail, packages and deliveries and log as appropriate. Support other staff as needed. Responsible for metering mail, maintaining and ordering of office supplies. Experience using multiple phone lines. Must have proficiency of computer programs including MS Word, Excel and Publisher. Associates Degree or better preferred and 3 years’ experience as front desk receptionist or office experience in similar setting.
