Job #1 – Warehouse Associate – Mid Cape

Full Time:  We are looking for a full-time, year-round employee to join our warehouse team!

The individual must have a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and be well organized with attention to detail. The job includes receiving and shipping merchandise, lifting boxes, and assisting with other daily operational needs of our warehouse and retail location. Previous experience is a definite plus. Salary range is $14.00-$16.00 per hours and includes many benefits.

Job #2 – Zoning Enforcement and Cod Compliance Officer – Outer Cape

Full Time: Patrols or inspects local jurisdiction to monitor for violations of relevant codes.  Conducts surveys of existing buildings to determine lack of prescribed maintenance, housing violations, or hazardous conditions. Prepares forms and letters advising property owners and tenants of possible violations and time allowed for correcting deficiencies and explaining requirements of housing standards ordinance. Responds to complaints of potential code violations. Conducts field investigations of potential violations. Bachelor’s degree in planning, public health and safety, construction management, law, or related field; minimum of three years of experience in regulatory work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications. Salary range $63,789-$79,329 annually with good benefits.
