Job #1 – Director of IT – Lower Cape
Full Time: Provide technology support to ensure continuous operations of all IT systems within the organization. This position will be responsible to manage all IT positions. Hires, mentors, supervise and evaluates IT staff. Works collaboratively with the Director of Applications and the Business Intelligence Analyst to ensure the EMR and reporting functions are well supported and integrated with the rest of IT. Supports/Collaborates with the Director of Compliance to complete the yearly HIPAA Security Risk Assessment. Works with staff to correct/mitigate security risks that are identified in this review. Provides technical guidance and support to IT Support/Help Desk Techs managing desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and medical devices, including software installs or reconfiguration. Shares off hours "on call" for emergency situations. Ensures compliance with licensing and maintenance agreements for all software. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management or a related field, or equivalent experience/education. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role. Experience working with C-Suite level leadership on IT decision making. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid working knowledge of current security protocols. Competitive salary plus full benefits.
Job #2 – Executive Assistant – Upper Cape
Full Time: Seeking a self-motivated, experienced professional to provide highly-skilled, confidential and executive support to our CEO. In this role you will serve as an administrative liaison between the CEO and department heads as well as the Board of Directors and external agencies. You will organize and orchestrate the flow of activities, calendars, correspondence, and meetings, following through independently on assignments and projects. Assist in the insurance credentialing and onboarding of new clinical providers. Coordinate vendor contracts and communication with other Health Center departments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years experience reporting to senior management in a similar capacity. Strong organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Healthcare administration experience a strong plus.
