#1 – Accountant – Mid Cape

Full Time: Local manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Accountant to preform the following primary duties: Manage all accounting transactions; Prepare and process month end close functions; Create journal entries and maintain proper supporting documentation;
Prepare internal and external financial statements; Prepare gross margin reports; Assist with external audits, budget and forecasting processes; Cost accounting and cost analysis; Assist in accounts payable process to ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense reports; Support budgeting and forecasting processes; Compute and report on sales taxes.  Reports to the CFO.  Requires strong communication and organizational and analytical skills; advanced MS Excel skills including VLookups and Pivot Tables; excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including GAAP. Education and Experience: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required plus 3-5 years accounting experience including general ledger functions – manufacturing environment preferred.  Competitive salary plus benefits.

#2- Annual Fund Officer – Upper Cape

Full Time: Responsible for planning, managing, implementing and evaluating the annual giving mass outreach programs and initiatives including, but not limited to: direct mail, cadet philanthropy, giving days/challenges, phonathon/engagement center, and crowdfunding. Must be able to work collaboratively and cross¬ functionally within the Advancement Office and across the Academy to secure new donors and retain existing donors to achieve key performance goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a fundraising environment. Knowledge of fundraising principles high comfort level with data, data analysis and relational database software capacity; solid verbal, writing, editing and proofreading skills. Experience in an annual giving role in higher education and knowledge of CampusCall or other automated phonathon software highly preferred.
