Bridgewater, MA – Bridgewater Credit Union, a division of Merrimack Valley Credit Union, will host its annual holiday celebration for community members on Sunday, December 1, from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. After participating in the “Charlie Brown Christmas” celebration at Bridgewater Credit Union at 75 Main Street in Bridgewater, attendees can head to Bridgewater’s Central Square to continue the holiday fun at the town’s 27th annual “Christmas on the Common” event from 12 P.M. to 4 P.M.

“Our annual holiday celebration is a great way to give back to the community and to help them get into the holiday spirit,” said John Howard, President and CEO of Merrimack Valley Credit Union. “We planned the celebration so community members can start their festivities with us, and then make their way to ‘Christmas on the Common,’ a treasured local event. We hope everyone stops by our celebration to start their fun days off with friends and merrymaking.”

“A Charlie Brown Christmas” is Bridgewater Credit Union’s second annual holiday celebration. The event will feature a delicious, catered breakfast and refreshments from Percy’s Place, creative craft-making stations, including Santa Finder Goggles and snow globes, and holiday-themed face painting. Attendees of all ages will also be able to meet and take photos with Santa and Mrs. Clause.

Following the celebration, community members will be able to visit Bridgewater Credit Union’s booth at the town’s “Christmas on the Common” event for giveaways and even more holiday crafts.

Last year, more than 75 community members and their families celebrated at Bridgewater Credit Union’s “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” brunch.
