34 Ridgewood Rd is a sweet cape with a brand new septic system, new roof, all freshly painted, floors refinished and the deck newly stained. The first floor has a wonderful open concept layout with cathedral ceiling and tons of sunlight. It leads to a spacious deck in a private setting. The kitchen has handsome granite counter tops with room at the end of the peninsula for several stools. There is an additional room in the basement for crafts etc. and overflow company. At the end of Namequoit Rd. there is conservation land and wonderful Paw Wah Pond which feeds into Pleasant Bay. The harbor master has told me that one can launch a canoe and/or kayak from Paw Wah Pond…So much nature to enjoy in this lovely section of Orleans.
