Wow!! Is all I can say, and so will you, when you see this stunning end unit at wonderful Windchime! This is possibly the nicest unit that’s come on the market in a long time. The location is the best, adjacent to the greenery and trails of town conservation land. But that’s just the beginning: the light from windows everywhere, including high transoms, is fabulous; the condition is spot-on meticulous; upgrades have been done; and in a word, this place is gorgeous! In addition to the garage under, there are two parking spaces in front, level with the front door. If this isn’t enough, most of the furniture is included, and it’s beautiful! Pack your bags, and start enjoying everything about this exceptional home AND the awesome location of Windchime – across the road from Roche Bros and Home Goods, down the street from marvelous Mashpee Commons, yet tucked away and oh so charming! I know it seems that every home for sale is a “must-see”, but this one really is. Don’t take my word for it, come see! (Two months’ HOA fee due at closing.) Additional square footage in finished lower level, owner estimates around 400 sf.
