In case we had any doubts about whether our local daily had dropped the Alliance to Protect Teddy's Water View in favor of less toxic allies like APCC after dallying a bit with the Center for Coastal Studies, here's how Cape Cod Times reporter Kevin Dennehy describes the group in today's "Cape Cod News" column on page three;
