Dennis Police seek suspect in rash of Break-ins

DENNIS - Dennis Police are looking for the public's help in finding a suspect in a rash of house break-ins. Sometime late Sunday night or early Monday seven homes in the Bay Ridge Drive neighborhood of South Dennis were broken into and an attempt was made to get into four others. Police describe the suspect as a white male in his late 30's or early 40's with graying hair, medium build with glasses and a baseball hat. He was driving an older black or dark colored possibly postal style Jeep. Anyone with information or observing suspicious activity is urged to contact Dennis Police at (508) 394-1315. Meanwhile Harwich Police are investigating a weekend vandalism spree in their town. Several mailboxes were knocked over and other property damage done. Posted on 11/06 at 11:00 PM.
