Yarmouth Police to host immigrant community open house

YARMOUTH - This Thursday, July 9th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., the Yarmouth Police Department, in conjunction with Brazilian Community members and the Barnstable County Human Rights Commission, will be hosting a special open house at Yarmouth Police Headquarters.

The general purpose of the open house is to provide our immigrant population an opportunity to meet Police Officers and other Public Safety officials and learn first hand information about Community Policing, Fire and Emergency Medical Safety, Immigration, the Town Library and other Governmental Services.

Light refreshments will be served and all citizens are invited to attend and participate.
