NSTAR right-of-way encroachment inspections August 18 through 23

NSTAR conducting Lower Cape right-of-way encroachment inspections August 18 through 23

The Town of Orleans has posted a notice on their website that NSTAR will be conducting right-of-way encroachment inspections this week (August 18-23).

The inspections, both visual and photographic, will be conducted overhead via helicopter. Residents may notice a helicopter hovering and/or circling around structures for a few minutes at a time.

NSTAR has been in Cape news lately after the utility notified the public about herbicide spraying plans in the towns of Orleans, Eastham and Wellfleet.  Read about last week's information session held in Eastham here.
