WAREHAM - Wareham police officers and detectives at the scene on Cahoon Road in Wareham , Massachusetts Saturday (01-08-11) morning around 9:00 AM were a reported body was found approximately 100 yards behind the White Pines Motel. Earlier in the morning around 12:15 AM, there are unconfirmed reports that a person was reportedly killed after being stabbed at the White Pines motel. According to the owner of the motel at the crime scene, two masked assailants pistol whipped his daughter who works at the motel before attacking and killing another person at the motel. There are unconfirmed reports that one suspect is in custody. It is unknown if the second body found behind the motel is that of one of the attackers at the motel.

While the following information is believed to be accurate based on emergency broadcast reports and an interview with the motel owner, the information has not been confirmed with Wareham Police or any public safety officials.

We have received unconfirmed reports that the pistol whipped girl may be be Candice D'Italia, and one of the bodies is Richard or Robert Walling.

White Pines scene of arrests, drug sales, and now death
Christian "Spunky" Fernandes, Kendra Dunnington, arrested

The Wareham Courier reports that Christian "Spunky" Fernandes, 22 is currently being held in the Plymouth County House of Correction on multiple felony drug and weapons charges. His female companion, 22-year-old Kendra Dunnington is also facing felony weapons charges.

As the result of a lengthy investigation by Wareham Police Detectives, a search warrant was executed Friday, Jan.8 at the White Pines Motel, 3137 Cranberry Highway (Route 6).

Police detectives and patrol Officers entered room #130, which was listed as the residence of Fernandes and Dunnington. Inside, they found illegal drugs and materials commonly used for packaging drugs. Police also said they located a silver revolver with the serial numbers defaced, a switchblade and a large amount of cash.

A local commenter refers to this motel as "White Lines Crack Motel."
