GOMES, Carlos J, 26, 528 Cotuit Rd, Mashpee; larceny over $250 November 3 2010 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 28.  According to police reports, Gomes is a suspect in an employee theft of employer gasoline, via credit card.

HALLETT, Cody A, 20, 126 Plum St, W. Barnstable; carrying a dangerous weapon, a 16" stiletto, March 15 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 15.

MAYER, Richard A, 48, 179 Rte 6A Apt #R, Sandwich; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation March 15 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 15.

ROGERS, Scott L, 21, homeless.  No known address.  Carrying a concealed weapon, a knife, March 15 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 15.

DISPOSITIONS

MILAM, George B IV, 36, 7 West Rd, Forestdale; two counts, carrying a deadly weapon, a black & silver switchblade and a silver & wood switchblade, December 17 2010 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea, both counts.  Guilty finding, both counts.  Continued for payment, probation to end March 14 2012.

ROJEE, Bruce M, 18, 72 Oxford Dr, Cotuit; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute; no sticker, state highway traffic violation March 7 in Barnstable.  Class B, Class D drug possession with intent, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 15 2013.  No sticker, state highway traffic violation both not recorded.

Hampton CT; miscellaneous municipal ordinance/bylaw violation; assault & battery, amended to simple assault; assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person, September 11 2010 in Provincetown.  Miscellaneous violation, guilty plea.  Not responsible.  Simple assault, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Probation, administrative supervision until February 15 2012.  Assault & battery on a disabled/60+ person, guilty plea.  Dismissed.

KIMBALL, Diana L, 52, 24 Deerfield Rd, Dennis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute.  Dismissed.

LAWRENCE, Nicholas, 50, 540 Massasoit Rd, Eastham; OUI liquor, amended to second offense OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle February 22 in Wellfleet.  Second offense OUI liquor, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  45-day loss of license, alcohol-free screens for six months.

MAYO, Charles E, 37, 15 Whittier Dr, Dennis; driving with a license suspended for OUI; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration; uninsured motor vehicle; number plate violation to conceal ID; forge/misuse Registry of Motor Vehicles document September 25 2010 in Dennis.  Driving with a license suspended for OUI, amended to driving with a suspended license.  Ten days, house of correction deemed served.  Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, dismissed.  Uninsured motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, both not responsible.  Forge/misuse Registry of Motor Vehicles document, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Filed September 14.

WHITE, David S, 43, 65 Franklin St, Provincetown; violating an abuse prevention order September 3 2010 in Provincetown.  Jury trial.  Not guilty.
