DEMELO, Jolferth, 33, 44 Goldfinch, Dennis; violating an abuse prevention order February 3 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 21.

FRITZ, Amber M, 19, 50 High Ridge Rd, Buzzards Bay; shoplifting by concealing merchandise March 18.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 29.  According to police reports, Barnstable police were dispatched to Sears at the Cape Cod Mall for a report of a female shoplifter.  A security guard observed Fritz select several items including bras and panties, then noticed none of these were left in the fitting room when Fritz left.  Security confronted Fritz trying to exit the store without paying.  She told police a friend had offered her housing with him, if she stole merchandise he could later sell on the Internet.

GARRITY, Michael D, 30, 624 Phinney's Ln, Centerville; four counts violating an abuse prevention order, March 21 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 6. 

HUGHES, Daniel B Jr, 54, 35 Oreo Ln, Centerville; assault & battery, March 19 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 25. 

STOCKTON, John, 29, 172 Arrowhead Dr, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a blunt object, March 20 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 21.

CANNING, Benjamin R, 20, 11 Chappaquoit Way, E. Sandwich; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, speeding February 19 in Barnstable.  OUI liquor, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  45-day loss of license, continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 21 2012.  Marked lanes, speeding not responsible.

CORDEIRO, Ashley B, 21, 509 Window Gray Rd, S. Yarmouth; one count, receiving stolen property over $250; two counts, receiving stolen property under $250 October 1 2010 in Sandwich.  Admitted to sufficient facts, all counts.  Probation until March 21 2012.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 21 2012.

CORDEIRO, Ashley B, 21, 509 Window Gray Rd, S. Yarmouth; receiving stolen property over $250 September 20 2010 in Sandwich.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, probation concurrent with CORDEIRO, above.

VAILLENCOURT, Leanne, 27, 8 Dowager Dr, Sandwich; OUI liquor, no sticker, speeding February 7 in Sandwich.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  45-day loss of license, continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 21 2012.  No sticker, speeding both not responsible.

GORDON, John E, 33, 29 Cedardale Rd, Harwich; sex offender failure to register, August 12 2009 in Harwich.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Guilty plea.  Filed with defendant's consent.  Continued without a finding until December 16.

LATYSHKIN, Dmitry, 25, 1622 Commonwealth Ave, Brighton; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding July 6 2010 in Harwich.  OUI, dismissed.  Negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed.  Speeding, admitted to sufficient facts, responsible finding.

LONG, Donald L, 47, 99 Huckleberry Ln, Brewster; shoplifting by asportation, second offense; operating a motor vehicle with suspended license January 29 in Harwich.  Both counts, guilty plea.  Both counts, guilty finding.  Sixty days house of correction, suspended.
