ARRAIGNMENTS

FARIA, Napoleon, 61, 37 Forest Dr, Mashpee; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, assault, January 8 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 29.  According to police reports, an incident one year ago, when a man in a green Jeep near Boardley Road and Farmerville Road ran three bicyclists off the road, then screamed at them, was repeated January 8.  The first incident was not reported, although the alleged victims noted the driver was a male in his late 50s, with earrings and one gold or silver tooth.  On this occasion, the driver threatened "to knock the (expletive) off his face" if he ever saw one man bicycling again.  The bicyclists took note of the driver's license plate.  The Jeep was registered to Faria.  Police called three telephone numbers associated with Faria's address, but each was either disconnected or never answered.  Faria was summonsed by mail.   

HAYES, Elizabeth S, 39 ,516 Waquoit Hwy, Waquoit; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, license not in possession March 24 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 22.

KELLEHER, Terence C, 23, 1005 Millstone Rd, Brewster; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation March 25 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 1.

PERRINO, John M, 40, 3 Victoria, Mashpee; OUI liquor, open container of alcohol, speeding March 25 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 22.

DISPOSITIONS

HATTABAUGH, Joseph R, 11 Buckwood Dr, S. Yarmouth; kidnapping; assault with a dangerous weapon, hands/feet/etc.; assault & battery; resisting arrest; threatening to commit a crime March 17 in Yarmouth.  Nulle prosequi, all counts.

SULLIVAN, Suzanne, 57, 82 School St, Hyannis; OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, no sticker December 12 2010 in Barnstable.  24D program.  45-day loss of license, continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 23 2012.  Leaving the scene of property damage, dismissed.  No sticker, not recorded.

MCCORMICK, Marissa, 17, 6 Mulherne Ln, Dennis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot, March 24.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 15.

NICKERSON, James E III, 21, 1301 State St, Brewster; larceny over $250, breaking & entering a building at daytime for felonious purposes, December 28 2010 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 15.  According to police reports, Brewster officers investigating the theft of a Honda EU1000 generator from a storage shed found Nickerson to be both the seller of the generator to the victim, and the person who later stole, then fenced it several days later.

SAGAR, Hannah L, 18, 1301 Sager St Apt 1, Brewster; receiving stolen property over $250, December 29 2010 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 15.

DISPOSITIONS

GENIUS, Dwight S, 40, 20 Colonial Rd, Dennis; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle July 20 2010 in Harwich, both dismissed.  Marked lanes violation, filed with defendant's consent.

WOODS, Melody J, 33, 17 Run Hill Rd, Brewster; OUI liquor, March 2 2010 in Brewster.  Dismissed.
