ARRAIGNMENTS

ELDRIDGE, Clinton E, 33, 224 Rte 28 Apt 17, W. Dennis; vandalizing property, assault with a dangerous weapon, an expandable police baton; disorderly conduct; resisting arrest, assault & battery on a police officer, February 12 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 15.

GREEN, Michael W, 36, 302 S. Orleans Rd, S. Orleans; Class B drug possession, oxycodone, March 30 in Orleans.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 15.  According to police reports, a uniformed officer on patrol found Green sitting in front of a store at a late hour.  The officer offered him a ride, noting it was 30 degrees F. outside, Green was lightly dressed and he had no transportation until 8 AM.  The officer explained this would require a weapons search of Green and his backpack.  Green consented.  He was found in possession of oxycodone and a syringe.

SILVIA, Alexander D, 18, 3 Burnley Way, Eastham; Class B drug possession, opium, January 24 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 9.  According to police reports, a resident reported two males sleeping in a car in her driveway.  One had two outstanding WMS (Warrant Management System) warrants.  A search of Silvia's person turned up four hypodermic syringes, a cotton swab and a spoon containing a white/blue residue.  A field test of these items indicated the presence of opiates.

DISPOSITIONS

CHILDS, Richard W, 50, 296 Commercial St. Provincetown; OUI drugs, Class A drug possession, Class B drug possession January 17 in Provincetown.  OUI drugs, dismissed.  Class A, Class B drug possession, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until May 9 2012.

CONDON, Peter A, 48, 106 Cemetery Rd, Harwich; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation May 9 2010 in Orleans.  Defendant discharged.

CUSTODE, Regina L, 55, 98B Center St, Dennisport; larceny over $250, amended to larceny under $250, January 2 in Orleans.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Probation until November 7.  Three months' admistrative supervision.

ISENBERG, Richard J, 59, 26 Duxbury Dr, Holden; lewd & lascivious conduct, indecent exposure July 21 2010 in Truro.  Jury trial.  Lewd & lascivious conduct, dismissed.  Indecent exposure, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Probation until May 9 2012.  Must stay away from victim and Head of the Meadow Beach.  Letter of apology submitted to probation by May 24.

SILVA, Charles T, 34, 39 Ships Way Rd, Provincetown; OUI drugs, leaving the scene of property damage April 3 in Provincetown.  OUI drugs, dismissed.  Leaving the scene of property damage, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until May 9 2012.

SILVA, Patrick A, 51, 100 S. Eastham St, Eastham; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; two counts, Class B drug possession, February 4 in Truro.  Operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, continued without a finding until August 10.  First count, Class B drug possession, to be dismissed on payment of court costs/ restitution by August 10.  Second count dismissed.

SMITH, Kerri L, 21, 8 Mansion St, Harwich; receiving stolen property over $250, November 10 2010 in Orleans.  Dismissed.

TAYLOR, Sara A, 25, 83 Barley Neck Rd, Orleans; larceny over $250, August 14 2010 in Harwich.  Jury trial.  Dismissed without prejudice.

ARRAIGNMENTS

CORNISH, Mary M, 23, 306 Sam Ryder Rd., Chatham; arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge resulting from a warrant check pursuant to a vehicle stop in Wareham.  Wareham police stopped the motor vehicle for defective equipment.  Cornish was taken into custody and held on bail awaiting interstate rendition to Hillsborough County, NH on heroin related offenses.

WOLFE, Renee R, 44, 16 Willard St., Wareham; OUI, 3rd offense, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, and number plate violation on Cranberry Highway in Wareham. According to the police report, Wolfe allegedly drove off the road into some trees and then tried to leave the scene. Case continued to June 14 for pre-trial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

TOSCA, Jeffrey E. Jr, 27, 167 Crossneck Rd., Marion; Found not guilty after a bench trial on assault and battery (domestic), witness intimidation, vandalize property, 2 counts possession with intent to distribute Class B substance and possession with intent to distribute Class C substance.

NEWHALL, Fabiana P, 55, 3115 Cranberry Highway, Apt. 15, E. Wareham; found not guilty on the charge of assault and battery on a public employee and guilty on the charge of disturbing the peace, assessed $100 court costs.

UMBRELLO, Dennis J, 26, 92 Chestnut St., Middleboro; from October 2010, aggravated assault and battery, domestic, dismissed without prejudice for lack of prosecution.

REBELO, John M, 44, and SANFORD, Stacy, 37, of 26 George Ryder South St., Apt. A, W. Chatham; from a complaint issued in June 2010 in Wareham; larceny over $250, dismissed with $805 restitution, forgery of check, dismissed, and uttering false check, dismissed, restitution of $1,021.36.
