FARREN, Jennifer L, 36, 19 Osprey Lane, E. Sandwich; from an arrest on December 10, 2010, Farren was found guilty and received 1 year probation with drug screens on a charge of larceny over $250. The charge was in regards to a shoplifting incident at Stop and Shop in Wareham where Farren walked out of the store with DVDs valued at $324.
DICKERSON, Taikarsh E, 34, 65 Forest Dr., Mashpee; from a complaint issued February 16, charges of violation of an abuse prevention order, assault and battery, breaking and entering/daytime for felony, witness intimidation and destruction of property were dismissed for failure to prosecute.
PETERSON, Martin, 36, 21 Spectacle Pond Rd., W. Wareham; from an arrest on February 23, Peterson admitted to sufficient facts to the charge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding, with probation to June 15, 2012, 45 day loss of license, 24D program, and $550 in assessments and fines.

ENDRUSIEK, Daniel T, 25, 57 Fordeville St., Duxbury; arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, disturbing the peace, and disorderly conduct. Endruseik was released on his own recognizance to appear on July 11 for pre-trial conference. According to the police report, Marshfield police were dispatched to the area of the Venus Restaurant on a report of a man kicking cars and yelling loudly in the street.
FORD, Robert M, 48, 199 Pleasant St., Pembroke; from an arrest on June 10, Ford was arraigned on charges of OUI, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), speeding, marked lane violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle in Duxbury. Ford was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 9 for pretrial conference.
REENE, Matthew R, 22, 21 Patriot Circle, Plymouth; bail was set at $5,000 cash or $50,000 surety at Reene’s arraignment today on 2 counts of possession of Class D drug with intent to distribute. Apparently, according to court records, the high bail was in response to Reene’s record of 13 defaults. The case was continued to June 30. According to the police report, Plymouth Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at the Patriot Circle address. Eight marijuana plants were seized in the raid.
BAMFORD, Shannon M, 32, 2 Tideview Path #12, Plymouth; from her arrest on June 16, Bamford was charged with possession of Class A drug, heroin, subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute Class A drug, heroin, conspiracy to violate drug laws, possession of Class B drug, and trafficking in heroin. According to the police report, Plymouth Narcotics Unit, after a lengthy investigation that included multiple “controlled buys”, executed a search warrant at the Tideview Path address. Approximately 18.5 grams of heroin were seized in the raid. Bail was set at $1,000 for Bamford’s return on June 29 for pretrial conference.
SAUNDERS, Michael J, 21, 21 Smith’s Lane, Kingston; from an arrest on April 22nd, possession of Class B drug, dismissed, possession with intent to distribute Class B drug (Percocet), admit to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to June 14, 2013, conspiracy to violate drug laws, dismissed, larceny from a building, breaking and entering in a building for felony, receiving stolen property, and larceny over $250, all continued without a finding with probation to June 14, 2013.
LEAHY, Spencer K, 22, 269 Marshall St., Duxbury; from an arrest on May 28, Leahy admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding, with probation to June 12, 2012.
WUOTILA, Gregory, 29, 215 Canal St., Marshfield; from a complaint issued November 23, 2009, Wuotila entered a guilty plea to a charge of shoplifting by asportation, over $100. He was sentenced to 14 days house of correction, deemed served.
GOMES, John M, 47, Sagamore Beach; a charge of shoplifting by asportation was dismissed for lack of prosecution. Gomes was placed in custody for an outstanding warrant in Brockton District Court.
MARCHAND, Richard, 37, 104 Perseverance Path, Plymouth; from an arrest on October 20, 2010, Marchand entered a plea of guilty to a charge of OUI, 2nd offense. He was sentenced to 90 days house of correction, suspended, 2 years probation, 45 day loss of license, 14 day inpatient program with aftercare to be determined by the probation department.
