SHEEN, William H II, 38, 20 Tom's Way, Apt 110, Sandwich; three counts, assault with a dangerous weapon; armed robbery; resisting arrest, May 7 in Falmouth.  Probable cause found, all counts.  Bound over to Superior Court.

DISPOSITIONS

CHAPPELL-MAHER, Peter J, 46, 2 Katy Hatcher Rd, Falmouth; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, March 14 in Falmouth.  Admitted to sufficient facts.   Continued without a finding until June 15 2012.

DILREE, Jennifer, 27, 5 Willen Rd, Mashpee; assault & battery, October 31 2010 in Mashpee.  Dismissed.

DILLAME, Jennifer, 28, 78 Rte 130 Apt 20m, Mashpee; attempting to commit a crime, November 12 2010 in Mashpee.  Dismissed.

VANBUSKIRK, Mark A, 31, 1 Percival Ln, Sandwich; open and gross lewdness, amended to indecent exposure, March 23 in Mashpee.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until December 16.  Directed to stay away from South Cape Beach.

YENNACO, Thomas, 44, 286 S. Elm St, Manchester NH; larceny over $250 by false pretenses, March 25 2010.  Dismissed.

DISPOSITIONS

WILLIS, Richard C, Jr., 55, 4 Priscilla Mullen Way, Carver; from a complaint issued September 17, 2010, Willis entered a guilty plea on a charge of OUI 2nd offense, receiving 2 years probation, 24D mandatory program, loss of license, and over $600 in fees and assessments. Willis was arrested by State Police after a motor vehicle crash on Rt. 195 W. in Wareham.

LERUTH, Alexander J, 22, 5 John Matthews Road, Southborough; from an arrest on March 12 by Middleboro police, Leruth admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding, with probation to June 15, 2012, 45 day loss of license, $400 in fees and assessments.
