DELVECCHIO, Gina, 22, 300 Buck Island Rd, Apt 13E, Yarmouth; assault & battery, June 15 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 27.

FARRINGTON, Kristina, 32, 12 Tanglewood Dr, Osterville; assault & battery, June 19 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 19.

GRAY, Kenneth W, 39, 77 Winter St, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot, June 19 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 18.  According to police reports, bystanders restrained Gray after he kicked a woman lying on the Village Green with her boyfriend for no apparent reason.  This took place at 2:30 in the afternoon.  Gray appeared drunk.  The woman indicated a red area in the lower right of her back to police.  At least one witness confirmed he saw Gray approach the couple.  Gray was found in possession of two pairs of women's underwear in his pants pocket.  These were taken by police "in case any further cases were reported concerning ladies' underwear."  Whether the victim and Gray were known to each other was not stated in the police report.

ARRAIGNMENTS

HALL, Joseph D., 26, 36 Forest St., Apt. 1, Middleboro; from an arrest on June 17, Hall was arraigned on charges of failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, possession of Class B drug, possession of Class D drug, from a motor vehicle stop in Middleboro on Wood St. According to the police report, Hall allegedly passed an unmarked police vehicle at a high rate of speed and failed to stop when the officer activated his blue lights and siren. The case was continued to July 29 for pretrial conference.

FLYNN, Jamie, 34, 25 Silo Lane, Middleboro; from a complaint issued June 13, Flynn was arraigned on a charge of possession of a firearm without FID card.

KELLY, James P., 25, 15 Parker Dr., Wareham; from an arrest on June 18, Kelly was arraigned on 2 counts of assault and battery (domestic) and 1 count of vandalize property. Kelly was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 3 for pretrial conference.

MCADAMS, Kevin M. Jr., 41, 13 Ninth St., Onset; McAdams was arraigned on charges of attempting to commit a crime, improper use of a credit card under $250, receiving stolen property and larceny under $250 stemming from the use and attempted use of a credit card that had been lost by the victim.

LEWIS, Robert E., 54, 44 Navaho Shores Rd., Middleboro; from an arrest on June 18, Lewis was arraigned on charges of OUI 3rd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation. The case was continued to July 29 for pretrial conference.

GILL, Rodney, 45, 1063 Rhonda Dr., New Bedford; arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation on June 18 on Rt. 44 S. State police stopped Gill after responding to a call of a vehicle operating erratically.
