ARRAIGNMENTS

PARKER, Abel G, 21, 81 Manomet Ave., Plymouth; from an arrest on June 21, Parker was arraigned on a charge of possession of Class B drug in connection with a domestic dispute on Ames Island Rd. on June 21. Abel was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 24 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

FLANDERS, David, 31, 36 Gordon St., Allston; from an arrest on March 25, 2007, Flanders plead guilty to a charge of OUI 2nd offense from a motor vehicle stop in Middleboro in 2007. The charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed. Flanders was placed on probation to June 18, 2013 and required to participate in a drug and alcohol program.

ARRAIGNMENTS

EVENS, Geoffrey, 22, 64 Central Ave., Plymouth; from an arrest on June 21, Evens was arraigned on 2 counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license/subsequent offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Bail for Evens was set at $1,000 cash of $10,000 surety for his appearance on July 20 for pretrial conference. According to the police report, on June 21 at 12:40am Plymouth police responded to a report of a hit and run. Police allege that Evans tried to hit the victim with a motor vehicle, and when he failed, Evens chased the victim on foot wielding a crowbar.

MACDONAGH, Jacob C., 31, 128 Chandler St., Duxbury; from an arrest on June 18 in Duxbury, MacDonagh was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery, domestic. The case was continued to August 2 for pretrial conference.

ANDERSON, Luke E., 18, 90 Beach St., Marshfield; from an arrest on June 19, Anderson was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering, daytime, for felony, and larceny of a drug. He was released on his own recognizance to appear on July 20 for pretrial conference. Marshfield police allege that Anderson broke into a home and stole several bottles of prescription drugs.

INDICTED

HENNEBURY, Michael J., 1550 Hanover St., Hanover; Hennebury was indicted by a Plymouth County Grand Jury on charges of OUI 4th offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violation, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery on a disabled person with injury from his arrest on February 8, 2011. According to the police report, Hennebury allegedly drove off the road and was stuck in the snow on the victim’s property on Abrahms Hill Rd. When the homeowner came out to see if Hennebury needed assistance, police further allege that Hennebury assaulted and kicked her several times. Hennebury remains held without bail at the Plymouth County House of Correction to await Superior Court proceedings.

DISPOSITIONS

CROCKETT, John D., 59, 59 Plain St., Pembroke; from an arrest on October 14, 2010, Crockett entered a guilty plea to a charge of OUI 3rd offense. He was sentenced to 150 days house of correction, committed and mandatory loss of license.
