DA's office doesn't want Peter Manso on a jury anytime soon

Author Peter Manso discovered the true meaning of that phase above yesterday as he sat in the Orleans District Court for over four hours before being summarily discharged as a potential juror at the request of the District Attorney's office.

Although Mr. Manso is obviously better informed about justice on Cape Cod than most citizens, it was assumed by many that DA O'Keefe was too busy reading the last chapter of Peter's new expose, "Reasonable Doubt - The Fashion Writer, Cape Cod, and the Trial of Chris McCowen ", to contend with this particular gadfly before the book hits the store next week on July 5th.
