Cape Codders for Peace and Justice present an Evening with Amy Goodman and Jimmy Tingle this July 8th

Cape Codders for Peace and Justice will sponsor an Evening with Amy Goodman and Jimmy Tingle on Friday, July 8 at 7pm in the Knight Auditorium at Barnstable High School, 744 West Main Street, Hyannis. 

Amy Goodman is the author of  four New York Times bestsellers including her latest, "Breaking the Sound Barrier". She is the host and executive producer of Democracy Now! a news program airing across the country on television and radio. 

Jimmy Tingle is a political humorist whose latest show, "Jimmy Tingle for President", has audiences rolling.

Tickets are $25 at the door and $10 for students and those with limited income.

The event is sponsored by Cape Codders for Peace and Justice and the following affiliated groups: Veterans for Peace/Corporal Jeffrey Lucey Cape Cod Chapter 041, Women's International League for Peace and Freedom, Fellowship of Reconciliation, AFSC/SENE, We The People vs. Corporate Rule, Falmouth Peace, Falmouth Anti-War Vigil.
