DISPOSITIONS

CHARLAND, Paul M, 24, 24 Shore St., Apt. 2, New Bedford; from an arrest on May 1 in Marion, Charland plead guilty today to charges of breaking and entering in a building, daytime for felony, larceny under $250 and possession of a burglarious instrument. Charland was sentenced to 1 year house of correction, suspended, with probation to January 8, 2013. Charland was also ordered to enter a sober house and to complete the program.

ARRAIGNMENTS

KIRBY, Zachary, 28, 325 Cushman Rd., Rochester; from an arrest by Marion police on July 9, Kirby was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250 in connection with an alleged theft of over $10,000 worth of merchandise from a Converse Rd. residence.  Pretrial conference was scheduled for August 6. Kirby was released on his own recognizance.

ANDREWS, Rebecca, 57, 28 Nicholas Dr., Wareham; from an arrest by Wareham police on July 9, Andrews was arraigned on charges of OUI and marked lane violation. Andrews was released on her own recognizance to appear on August 6 for pretrial conference.

MULLEN, Alexandria, 27, 6 Depot St., Wareham; Bail was set at $500 at Mullen's arraignment on a charge of uttering a false prescription at Rite Aid in Wareham. According to the police report, on January 27, Mullen allegedly dropped off an obviously forged prescription to be filled for 120 Oxycodone pills, using her own identification. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 4.

HOWARD, David, 39, 232 Converse Rd., Marion; from an arrest by Marion police on July 8, Howard was arraigned on charges of OUI and failure to stop/yield. Howard was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 11 for pretrial conference.

HUNT, Rodney P. Jr., 40, 126 Mill St., New Bedford; from an arrest on July 8, Hunt was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting over $100 in connection with an alleged theft of merchandise from Olympia Sports in Wareham. Pretrial conference was scheduled for August 31.

INDICTED

By a Plymouth County Grand Jury, MARTINEZ, Jordan, 21, 13 Lions Ave. Apt. 2, Brockton; from an arrest on March 12 by Wareham police, Martinez was indicted on charges of trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium (Oxycodone) and conspiracy to violate drug laws in connection with the seizure of 187 Oxycodone pills and $2,700 in cash. Martinez continues to be held at the Plymouth County House of Correction on $50,000 cash bail.

ARRAIGNMENTS

YOUNAN, Ehab T., 25, 21 Lyden St., Plymouth; from an arrest in Plymouth on July 10, Younan was arraigned on charges of assault to rape and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older. Bail was set at $5,000 for Younan’s appearance on August 17 for pretrial conference.

FONTAINE, Steven J. Jr., 43, 558 Washington St. #3, Abington; from an arrest on July 8 in Marshfield, Fontaine was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Bail was set at $1,500 for Fontaine’s appearance on August 5 for pretrial conference. According to the police report, Marshfield PD was dispatched to 308 Ocean St. for a report of an unwanted guest.

VINCENZI, Matthew, 20, 1 Pond St., Plymouth; from an arrest in Plymouth on July 10, Vincenzi was arraigned on charges of OUI, marked lane violation and license not in possession from a motor vehicle stop on Carver Rd. Vincenzi was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 1 for pretrial conference.

CRAWFORD, Nicholas, 17, 24 Josh Grey Rd., Rockland; from an arrest in Hanson on July 9, Crawford was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violation and malicious destruction of property over $250. Crawford was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 24 for pretrial conference. According to the police report, Hanson police were dispatched to the area of 279 Spring St. for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, police allege that Crawford admitted to being drunk and claimed responsibility for mowing down a stop sign.

GOMES, Joseph M., 32, 74 Myrtle St., New Bedford; from an arrest on July 9 in Plymouth; Gomes was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation, 2 counts of receiving stolen property under $250, disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer from an alleged shoplifting incident at CVS on Pilgrim Hill Rd. Gomes was released on his own recognizance to appear in court on August 2 for pretrial conference.

CATHCART, Paula T., 39, 6 Center Hill Rd., Plymouth; from an arrest in Plymouth on July 10, Cathcart was arraigned on charges of OUI and marked lane violation. Cathcart was released on her own recognizance to appear on October 18 for pretrial conference.

ALEBORD, Dennis E., 33, 171 Palmer Rd., Apt. 2, Plimpton; from an arrest on July 9, Alebord was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a disabled person over 60 and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over. Bail was set at $2,500 cash for Alebord’s appearance on August 5 for pretrial conference.

FIGLIOLI, John A., 59, 84 Standish Ave., Plymouth; from an arrest on July 7 by Plymouth PD, Figlioli was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a disabled person over 60 and witness intimidation in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Standish Ave. address. Figlioli was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 13 for pretrial conference.

HOHMAN, Hamish, 69, 3 Penelope Rd., Bourne; from an arrest on July 4 on Water St. in Plymouth, Hohman was arraigned on charges of OUI and marked lane violation. Pretrial conference was scheduled for August 4.

DIXON, Brandon, 27, 148 Forest Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton; Bail was set at $10,000 cash at Dixon’s arraignment on charges of breaking into a depository, larceny over $250, unarmed burglary, larceny of a building and possession of a firearm without a FID card in connection with the alleged theft of 5 shotguns. According to the police report, the discovery of a gun safe stolen from a residence led to Dixon’s arrest. Pretrial conference was scheduled for August 3.

O’CONNOR, Valerie, 21, 85 Upland Rd., Plimpton; from an arrest on July 4, O’Connor was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, 2 counts of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest stemming from an alleged incident at the conclusion of the fireworks display in Plymouth.

SMITH, Olahn E., 41, 507 Summer St., Rockland; from an arrest by State Police on June 10, Smith plead guilty to a charge of possession of Class A drug, heroin, subsequent offense. Smith was sentenced to 1 year house of correction, 28 days to serve, deemed served, balance suspended.

ANDERSON, Matthew L., 26, 40 Sandwich Rd., Wareham; from a complaint issued September 8, 2010, Anderson plead guilty to charges of breaking and entering, daytime for felony, larceny from a building and credit card fraud over $250 in connection with the theft of several credit cards from a Long Pond Road residence. Anderson was sentenced to 18 months house of correction, suspended with probation to July 9, 2013 and ordered to pay $3760 in restitution.
