ARRAIGNMENTS

HILLER, Lance A, 28,13 Knowles Ave., E. Wareham; from a complaint issued June 24 in Wareham, Hillerwas arraigned on charges of possession of a counterfeit note and uttering acounterfeit note. According to the police report, Hiller allegedly tried to buygas at the Mobile station on Cranberry Highway with a counterfeit $20 dollarbill. The manager of the Mobile station called Wareham PD to report that aregular customer, name unknown, handed him a bogus $20 and a legit $10 forthirty dollars worth of fuel. When the manager told the customer that the $20was no good, Hiller allegedly gave him a ten and two fives, and drove off. Themanager was able to provide police with a plate number and a description of theculprit, leading to Hiller's apprehension. The case was continued for a pretrialconference.

DEVINE, David, 42,195 E. Grove St., Middleboro; from a complaint issued May 18, Devine wasarraigned on a charge of domestic assault and battery.  According to the report, Middleboro policewere dispatched to the Grove St. address for a report of a domesticdisturbance. The victim alleged that Devine strangled him during an altercationinvolving the use of a car. Devine was released on his own recognizance to appearon September 8 for a pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

LINDESAY, Alric, 29,73 Kimberly Ct., Wareham; from an arrest on May 28, Lindesay admitted tosufficient fact on a charge of OUI. The case was continued without a findingwith probation to July 13, 2012.

WATKINS, Renee L,36, 10 Union St., Apt. 8, Taunton; from an arrest on May 31 in Carver, Watkinsadmitted to sufficient facts on a charge of OUI, drugs. Watkins was placed onprobation to July 13, 2012, ordered to complete the 24D alcohol program andforfeit her license for 45 days.
