Sandwich; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin; drug violation near a school or park; conspiracy to violate drug laws, July 28 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 30.  According to police reports, officers used a confidential informant to apprehend Catanzaro and his co-defendant, MIRANDA (see below), in possession of four (4) grams of heroin and four (4) bags of cocaine weighing about fourteen grams close enough to the Sturgis Charter School to be subject to an additional charge, as described.

GOMES, same.  Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, July 28 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 24.  According to police reports, officers holding a search warrant discovered four (4) grams of heroin in a ceiling fan underneath where Gomes was seated watching television.

JAMES, Jessica L, 23, 71 Turner Rd, E. Falmouth; assault with a dangerous weapon, a GMC Jimmy; leaving the scene of personal injury; failure to stop for a police officer, July 27 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 30.

LOJKO-JENI, Ginny L, 53, 198 Old Colony Rd, Hyannis; assault & battery, July 29 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 25.

BUCHSBAUM, Marion E, 50, 98 Highland Ave, Newton; shoplifting by concealing merchandise, July 24 in Wellfleet.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 25.  According to police reports, Buchsbaum was seen by a store employee of the Secret Garden walking out with four leather wallets without making payment.  Buchsbaum admitted to the theft but stated she had a problem, and asked if she could simply make payment after the fact.  She was arrested.

HARRELL, Beau D, 32, 341 Bradford St Apt 1, Provincetown; assault & battery; intimidating a witness, July 31 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 15.

MOODY, Benjamin D, 19, 506 Long Pond Dr, Harwich; assault & battery, July 31 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 15.

TAYLOR, William H, 54, 3 Field House Rd, Harwich; OUI liquor, fourth offense; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; failure to wear a seat belt, July 29 in Dennis.  Defendant held on dangerousness.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 3.  According to police reports, officers found a green Jeep on Old Chatham Road crashed into a stand of oak trees at just after 11:30 PM, with its lights on.  Tire tread marks on the pavement indicated the Jeep had spun around several times before coming to a stop.  Taylor was arrested.
