PFALZER, Kenneth J, 34, 995 N. Grange Ave, Collegeville PA; assault & battery, July 11 in Provincetown.  Dismissed.

WILCOX, Paige A, 33, 12 Shorewood Dr, Orleans; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; speeding; marked lanes violation, August 6 2010 in Brewster.  Bench trial.  OUI, negligent operation, both not guilty.  Speeding, marked lanes, responsible, both counts.  $50 fine on each count.
