ARRAIGNMENTS

CARDINAL, Danielle C, 29, 45 Alves Ln, Wellfleet; breaking & entering a building at daytime for felonious purposes; larceny under $250, September 2 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for December 2.  According to police reports, officers were following up on an East Dennis break-in.  The suspect(s) gained entry to the home by breaking a window, and stole Champagne glasses, silver platters and other items.  "As part of many B&E (investigations), detectives ... check pawn shops in the area," as well as the NESPIN Pawn Shop Report, an electronic service.  The Sinclair House, on Route 6A in Orleans, produced a receipt made out to Cardinal denoting one sterling silver bowl and eight silver cups pawned. She received $400.  The reporting party was able to identify the stolen items through photographs.  The owner of Sinclair House stated he holds on to such goods for ten days before selling them, and that the items had been sold.  Cardinal was arrested.

DISPOSITIONS

BABES-DEEL, Dumitru, 30, 727 Main St, Harwich; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, November 18 in Chatham.  Bench trial.  OUI, not guilty.  Negligent operation, guilty.  Marked lanes, not recorded.  Continued for payment until December 9.

DEAN, James R, 26, 824 Main Street, Falmouth; two counts assault and battery, two counts assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife), reckless endangerment of a child on November 16 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for December 9.

DEAN, James R, 26, 824 Main Street, Falmouth; two counts forgery of a check, two counts uttering a false check, larceny over $250 on November 16 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for December 9.

FORZIATI, Keith D, 32, 114 Eastern Avenue, Arlington; felony breaking and entering into a building, three counts larceny over $250 on November 14 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for December 22.

GILLEN, Andrea L, 42, 17 Nye Road, Falmouth; larceny over $250, forgery by check, uttering a false promissory note on October 24 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for December 22.

JOY, Jeffrey, 21, 943 Sandwich Road, Falmouth; home invasion, assault and battery, firearm use in a felony, possession of a firearm without an FID card, receiving stolen property over $250 on June 24 in Falmouth. Probable cause hearing scheduled for January 6 2012.

PLUGGE, Ryan T, 21, 68 Club House Drive, Pocasset;  five counts larceny over $250, receiving stolen property under $250 on November 2 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for December 22.

BOLBROCK, Ashley L, 26, 148 Paddock Circle, Mashpee; operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on October 11 in Falmouth. Continued without a finding until November 16 2012. Loss of license 45 days.

Parker, Jacklynn M, 46, 140 Walker Street, Falmouth; vandalizing property on March 5 2010 in Falmouth. Continued by Commonwealth.

PETERSON, Ciarra N, 25, 105 Homestead Lane, Falmouth; shoplifting merchandise on June 1 2010 in Falmouth. Dismissed upon payment received by February 16 2012.

STROUD, Melissa A, 42, 53 Cedar Lane, Dennis; Larceny over $250, uttering a false check, on September 21 in Falmouth. Dismissed upon request of the victim.
