ARRAIGNMENTS

ANTRIM, John P, 24, 194 Knotty Pine Ln, Centerville; Class E drug possession with intent to distribute, suboxone; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating with a suspended license; failure to stop for a police officer; failure to stop/yield; speeding; two counts, marked lanes violation, December 31 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 8.

COSTA, Everett C, no age given, 118 Pine Street, Hyannis; failing to stop for a police officer; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxymorphone, January 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 6.  According to police reports, the Barnstable Street Crime Unit was conducting surveillance of the Star Market parking lot on West Main Street in Hyannis.  The area is "of great concern" to the Department because of the high volume of illegal drug sales, the number of arrests and the proximity of the lot to two schools, Barnstable High School and Hyannis West Elementary.  The report said officers confronted a man leaving a pickup truck in the likely context of an illegal drug sale.  The man removed items from his pants pocket and swallowed them immediately, saying "I got nothing on me."  The pickup truck's driver, Costa, was caught after a quarter-mile chase with eight (8) oxymorphone 30-milligram pills in his possession.  He was arrested.  Oxymorphone is a prescription opiate medication used in the treatment of moderate to severe pain.

DEMARINO, Deo, 36, 35 Bayhead Shores Rd, Bourne; Class B drug possession, Percocet; state highway traffic violation, January 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 9.

DOUGLAS, Myrich L, 20, Washman Dr, Nantucket; assault & battery, January 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 1.

EDMONDSON, Fred P, 26, 54 Oak Neck Rd, Hyannis; Class A drug possession, heroin, November 21 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 31.

HULL, Robert D, 27, 14 Harpoon Ln, Apt LS, S. Yarmouth; two counts, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, HR Frentanyl (sic) patch and porphine sulphate, January 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 18.  According to police reports, two Barnstable officers were in a parked cruiser and pulled over a dark-colored Volkswagen for a loud exhaust system.  The Volkswagen was the only other car on the road at the time.  Police stopped it and then arrested the operator, Hull for outstanding traffic warrants.  The report states twelve methadone tablets, one morphine sulfate pill and a white square Fentanyl transdermal patch were found on Hull's person.  Hull had no prescription for these medications and was so charged.

LASKOWSKY, Ronald F, 54, 8 Alden Way, Hyannis; assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person with serious injury, December 30 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 24.

LYMAN, Lawrence F, 71, 3 Buchanan Rd, W. Yarmouth; violating an abuse prevention order, January 3 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 1.

REMIGIO, Vinicio, a.k.a. ANGAMARCA, Vinicio, 23, 119 Emerson Way, Centerville; assault & battery, December 31 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 1.

RODRIGUEZ, Carlos W, 35, 28 Equers Dr, Nantucket; violating an abuse prevention order; assault & battery, January 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 1.

SANTANA, Carlos, 44, 7 Candlewood Ln, W. Yarmouth; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; threatening to commit a crime, January 3 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 3.

DISPOSITIONS

BLEVINS, Kerry A, 38, 46 New Haven Ave, Marstons Mills; assault & battery; procuring liquor for a person under 21, October 13 in Barnstable.  Both counts dismissed.

ENGLAND, Peter M, 75, 230 Ocean St, Hyannis; OUI liquor, third offense, amended to second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; failure to stop; failure to stop/yield, August 14 in Yarmouth.  OUI, negligent operation, operating with a suspended license, failure to stop all guilty plea.  All guilty finding.  Six months house of correction, committed.  Failure to stop/yield and lights violation, not recorded.

PEREZ JR, Edward N, 21, 291 Pitcher's Way, Hyannis; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute; selling/delivering alcohol to a person under 21, December 16 2011 in Barnstable.  Class D possession with intent, dismissed.  Selling/delivering alcohol, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Continued for payment, probation until January 3 2013.

PEREZ JR, same.  Destruction of property over $250, July 17 2011 in Yarmouth.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Forty-eight hours community service.  Restitution.  Continued for payment, probation until January 3 2013.  Stay away from victim.  Drug- and alcohol-free with screens. 

SASEN, Michael J, 46, 10B Kelly's Way, W. Dennis; two counts, assault & battery, November 29 in Yarmouth.  Both counts dismissed.

TATARA, Jessica N, 24, 6 Arlington St, W. Yarmouth; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute; conspiracy to violate drug laws; failure to stop/yield, December 2 2010 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.
