ARRAIGNMENTS

BRAMBLETT, Brandon R, 24, Cap'n Jac's Rd, W. Barnstable; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; OUI liquor; marked lanes violation; January 10 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 2.

POGUE, Marshall W, 21, 99 Pineview Rd, Cotuit; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; open container violation; state highway - wrong way violation, January 15 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 13.

REID, Kevin B, 28, homeless; sex offender failure to register, January 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 1.

SANTOS, Michael E, 22, 19 Hidden Acres Ave, W. Yarmouth; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone (OxyContin), January 12 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled  for February 8.  According to police reports, officers from Barnstable and Yarmouth executed a search warrant upon 19 Hidden Acres Avenue, West Yarmouth.  Eighteen members from both departments found ten persons present, Santos among them.  They also found five plastic bags each knotted at the top, each holding 1.6 grams of marijuana; a cellophane package of five 10-mg. oxycodone pills, a knotted plastic bag with  two 30-mg. oxycodone pills, various plastic bags, a digital scale, three marijuana grinders and $1,025 in US currency.  Santos was arrested.

DISPOSITIONS

CINTRON, Lisa M, 43, 325 Sandwich Rd, E. Falmouth; two counts, larceny over $250 from 60+/disabled person; improper use of credit card over $250, October 26 2011 in Sandwich.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  All counts, continued without a finding, continued for payment until January 16 2014.  Restitution.
