KUZAVA, Derek, 21, 56 Holliston St, Apt C, Medway; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone; conspiracy to violate drug laws, January 23 in Sandwich.  Co-defendant with NELSON, Chelsi.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 26.

NOONAN, Kendra D, 37, 7 Ellens Way, Harwich; larceny of credit card; receiving a stolen credit card; larceny from a building; improper use of a credit card over $250, November 10 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 21.

SMITH, Nancy, 64, 386 Bishops Terr, Hyannis; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin; two counts, Class B drug possession, cocaine and suboxone, January 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 16.  According to police reports, officers executed a search warrant upon 386 Bishops Terrace, Smith's residence.  A search of Smith's Jeep Cherokee, parked in the driveway, turned up 6.1 grams of heroin.  A search of the house yielded an additional 0.2 grams of heroin, one gram of cocaine and sixteen suboxone tablets not prescribed for Smith, who was present throughout.  Police also found a digital scale and additional plastic bags.  Smith was arrested.

FERRER, Juan C, 32, 85 Cottonwood Ln, Apt Rear, Centerville; aggravated assault & battery; violating an abuse prevention order, December 28 2011 in Barnstable.  Both counts dismissed.

NOONAN, same.  Class C drug possession, August 8 2011 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

SULLIVAN, Ashley A, 19, 17 Briggs Ave, Plymouth; larceny over $250 by single scheme, April 20 2010 in Sandwich.  To be dismissed upon payment of restitution.
