SELLEW, Nicole M, 33, 212, Upper County Rd, Apt 3A, Dennis; larceny over $250 by false pretenses, January 9 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 23.  According to police reports, Sellew purchased a 14-karat gold bracelet for $381.70 and 14-karat gold earrings for $222.34 with bad checks drawn on a non-existent account.  She was arrested.

CATANZARO, Shane W, 38, 6 Lakewood Dr, E. Sandwich; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, cocaine; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin; drug violation near school; conspiracy to violate drug laws, July 28 2011 in Barnstable.  Nolle prosequi, all counts.  Defendant indicted and arraigned in Superior Court.

COTELL, Aaron M, 19, 115 La Frank Ave, Hyannis; possessing child pornography; posing or exhibiting a child in a sexual act; distributing visual material of children in the nude with lascivious intent; attempting to commit a crime, November 23 2011 in Barnstable.  Attempting to commit a crime, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until January 22 2013.  All other counts, pretrial probation until January 23 2013.

DAVIS, Al D, 40, 275 Rte 28, Apt 117, Yarmouth; rape, October 16 2011 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

JONES, Vaughn M, 44, 231 Rte 149, Apt B1360, Marstons Mills; assault & battery, November 26 2011 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

KELLEY, Timothy W, 41, 20 Buckwood Dr, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery, October 26 2011 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.
