COFFIN, Jay A, 65, 3246 Q St NW, Washington DC; two counts, larceny over $250, March 4 2010 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 16.  According to police reports, Coffin was arrested in connection with fraudulent checks cashed while he was the manager of a Provincetown condominium.

DISPOSITIONS

BROWN, Winslowe, 34, 2815 State Hwy, Eastham; indecent assault & battery on a person 14 or over, June 13 2011 in Orleans.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Two years probation.  Stay away/no contact with victim.  Counseling as deemed appropriate by Probation.

MACKENNEY, Pamela L, 59, 66 John Nelson Way, Harwich; larceny of credit card; improper use of a credit card under $250; larceny over $250, August 5 2011 in Harwich.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until January 30 2014.  Stay away from victim.

REED, Shannon C, 40, 271 Rte 28, Apt 5, Harwich; larceny of credit card; improper use of a credit card under $250; larceny over $250, August 11 2011 in Harwich.  Guilty plea, all counts.  Guilty finding, all counts.  Eighteen months, house of correction on each count, suspended two years; all counts concurrent.  Stay away from victim.
